This one is sort of an inverse of the original ‘Wading Stork 1’.

i.e. the piece that was cut out of the other was used to make this one.

So this one sits proud of the background, rather than being cut from it.

It’s cut from 6 mm thick, pale, fine-grained baltic-birch plywood, on a 9 mm thick background.
